Job description

Ce stage d'un mois et demi aura pour objectif la structuration d'une documenation technique de 3 bancs en vue d'une diffusion officiel.
Il sera demandé au stagiaire une aide aministrative pour la mise à jour de l'ensemble de fascicules en français (28 bancs d'essai) au format sur fascicule de type 2 .doc

Complementary description

Réaliser la mise à jour de la liasse documentaires des 3 bancs en terme de modification de :

  • - Logo
  • - Nouvelle dénomination SAFRAN
  • - Dates de publication
  • - Retrait des nombreux retours à la ligne
Sauts de page/ de section (pieds de pages différents à chaque chapitre)
  • - Périodicité d'entretien (trimestriel devient annuel)

Job requirements

Bonne connaissance de MS Word dont les fonctions de mise en page, gestion des titres et des en-têtes/ pied de pages
